ECOLOR AutoConnect

Outbound call distribution with 3CX

ECOLOR AutoConnect distributes your outbound calls two clear ways: agent-first or customer-first, both built around your 3CX queues.

ECOLOR AutoConnect is an ECOLOR-developed platform that integrates with and extends 3CX — it is not part of 3CX and not built by 3CX. It is separately licensed and multi-tenant.

What is outbound call distribution?

Outbound call distribution is automation that turns a list of numbers into calls distributed to your team in an organized way. ECOLOR AutoConnect offers two distinct modes: agent-first (AutoDistributor), which rings and selects an employee and asks them to accept before the customer is called, and customer-first (Ready Distributor), which calls the customer first and, when they answer, routes the answered call into a configured 3CX queue.

In agent-first mode, AutoConnect rings or selects an employee first and only places the outbound call to the customer once that employee accepts the request. This guarantees an agent is genuinely ready before any customer is contacted, which suits businesses that want employees to actively accept each interaction rather than being connected to a live customer with no one prepared.

In customer-first mode, AutoConnect calls the customer first. When the customer answers, the answered call is routed into a configured 3CX queue; the queue then rings its agents and an available agent answers. For example, with five agents in a collections queue, Ready Distributor calls the customer, the customer answers, and the call goes straight into the collections queue where the next free agent picks it up.

The ECOLOR value-add is helping you choose agent-first versus customer-first per operation, designing the right 3CX queues, and setting pacing rules. AutoConnect is ECOLOR-developed, integrates with and extends 3CX, and uses concurrent-call capacity at the tenant level.

  • AutoDistributor: agent-first — the agent accepts first, then the customer is called
  • Ready Distributor: customer-first — the customer answers, then the call routes into a 3CX queue

Outbound distribution capabilities

Agent-first (AutoDistributor)

AutoConnect rings and selects an agent and asks them to accept; the customer is only called once the agent accepts.

Customer-first (Ready Distributor)

AutoConnect calls the customer first; when they answer, the call is routed straight into a configured 3CX queue.

Routes into 3CX queues

In customer-first mode the answered call enters a 3CX queue so an available queue agent can take it.

Choose per operation

Select agent-first or customer-first for each campaign or operation depending on how you want to run it.

High-volume outbound

Organized distribution across large number lists, with pacing tuned to your concurrent-call capacity.

How ECOLOR sets up distribution

  1. Upload the list

The process starts by uploading the list of numbers you want to call.

  2. Pick agent-first or customer-first

We help you choose the mode that fits the operation and its goals.

  3. Map to 3CX queues/agents

We connect distribution to the right 3CX queues and agents.

  4. Set pacing rules

We tune pacing within the concurrent-call capacity available to you.

What you need

  • 3CX system with queues
  • ECOLOR AutoConnect (separately licensed)
  • A number list
  • Agents / queue design
  • Concurrent-call capacity

We help you prepare these elements and wire them together correctly.

Saudi deployment notes & limits

Agent-first suits interactions that need an agent genuinely ready to accept each call, while customer-first suits high-volume outbound operations that rely on quickly connecting an answered customer into a queue.

Queue design and pacing are decisive for successful distribution; ECOLOR helps you design both to match your teams and the nature of your operations.

Concurrent-call capacity at the tenant level governs real throughput; we tune pacing within that capacity and do not promise specific connect or answer rates.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between AutoDistributor and Ready Distributor?
AutoDistributor is agent-first: it rings and selects an employee, who accepts the request, and only then is the customer called. Ready Distributor is customer-first: it calls the customer first and, when they answer, routes the answered call into a configured 3CX queue where an available agent picks it up.
Does agent-first stop us calling customers with no one ready?
Yes — the agent accepts first, and the customer is only called once the employee accepts, so an agent is always ready before the customer is contacted.
Does customer-first use 3CX queues?
Yes — the answered call routes into a configured 3CX queue, which rings its agents so an available one answers. For example, with five agents in a collections queue, the customer is called, answers, and the call goes straight into the collections queue.
Is this a predictive dialer?
No — this is not a predictive dialer or an AI dialer. It is organized outbound call distribution in two clear modes: agent-first and customer-first.
Which mode is better for collections?
It depends — both are used for collections. We help you choose based on your call volume, how your team works, and your queue design.
Is AutoConnect part of 3CX?
No — AutoConnect is ECOLOR-developed, integrates with and extends 3CX, and is separately licensed. It is not part of 3CX, not built by 3CX, and does not run standalone without 3CX.
