Private AI · In-Kingdom
Private, on-premise AI that keeps your data in-Kingdom in Saudi Arabia
Some Saudi organizations prefer to run AI locally rather than send sensitive data to a public cloud LLM. ECOLOR helps you assess that choice and deploy it on your own hardware or in-Kingdom.
Two main options: a private LLM on your infrastructure, or the standalone 3CX AI Server (Preview — not for production yet). This is an advisory and deployment service; regulatory compliance remains your program’s responsibility.
- Data stays in-Kingdom
- On-prem / private LLM
- Advisory + deployment

What is private / on-premise AI?
Private or on-premise AI means running AI models on your own hardware — inside your premises or in a data center within the Kingdom — instead of sending data to a public cloud LLM operated by a third party. Your data stays under your control and does not leave your environment.
This approach suits organizations with data-residency requirements or highly sensitive data, where controlling where processing happens and who can access it matters more than instant setup or elastic scale. It is a deliberate trade: you take on hardware and operations in exchange for locality and control.
ECOLOR delivers this as an advisory and deployment service. We assess whether on-premise AI fits your case, right-size the hardware (for example a GPU), deploy the solution, and integrate it with 3CX where relevant. Note: this is not legal advice, and specific compliance remains the responsibility of your own governance and compliance program.
- A private LLM (large language model) deployed on your infrastructure for control and data residency
- The standalone 3CX AI Server, which runs AI locally on an NVIDIA GPU or Apple Mac — currently Alpha / Preview, not for production
Why run AI on-premise?
Data stays local
Your data is processed on your own hardware or in-Kingdom, not sent to an external public cloud model.
More control & governance
You control where the model runs and who can access the data, supporting your data-governance goals.
On your own hardware
The solution runs on your infrastructure — a server on your premises or in a data center within the Kingdom.
Private LLM option
ECOLOR can deploy a private LLM on your hardware for use cases that need privacy and control.
3CX AI Server (Preview)
An option that runs locally on a GPU or Apple Mac — currently Alpha/Preview and not for production use.
ECOLOR advisory
We assess fit, right-size the hardware, and deploy and integrate with 3CX where it helps.
Cloud AI vs on-premise AI
| Public cloud AI | On-premise / private AI | |
|---|---|---|
| Data location | Provider cloud | In-Kingdom / on your hardware |
| Control | Provider-managed | You control |
| Setup | Fast | Needs hardware (GPU) |
| Best for | Speed & scale | Data-sovereignty needs |
The standalone 3CX AI Server (local GPU/Mac) is currently Alpha/Preview — not for production.
How ECOLOR approaches on-premise AI
- Assess data & requirements
We understand your data, residency requirements and use cases before proposing any solution.
- Choose the approach
A private LLM, the 3CX AI Server (Preview), or a mix — based on what actually fits your needs.
- Right-size the hardware
We size the GPU or device for your expected workload, avoiding both under- and over-provisioning.
- Deploy & integrate
We deploy the solution on your infrastructure and integrate it with 3CX or your systems where relevant.
- Validate & maintain
We validate performance and results, and set a clear owner for ongoing maintenance and updates.
Where the data stays
What you need
- A clear data-residency requirement
- Suitable hardware (e.g. GPU)
- Use cases for AI
- A maintenance owner
If you are unsure about any of these, we start with a short assessment to decide whether on-premise AI is right for you.
Saudi deployment notes & limits
Data residency supports your data-governance goals, but it is not a legal guarantee of compliance — regulatory compliance remains owned by your organization’s compliance program. (These points are reviewed periodically because they touch data-residency and regulatory requirements.)
The 3CX AI Server is Preview/Alpha today and not for production — plan accordingly and do not rely on it for production workloads until its status officially changes.
Weigh hardware cost (buying and maintaining a GPU) against a usage-based cloud cost model. Each approach has trade-offs depending on your scale, workload and internal capacity to operate the system.
