A Saudi communications and IT partner built for the long term

ECOLOR Technologies is a Riyadh-based provider of business communications and information-technology solutions. We bring an organization’s phone system, contact center, business-messaging, integrations and supporting IT infrastructure together under one accountable team — so decision-makers deal with one partner for design, deployment, integration, training and ongoing support.

Most of our work centers on the 3CX communications platform, extended with SIP connectivity, Fanvil and Yealink IP phones, CRM and Microsoft Teams integration, WhatsApp Business, our own AutoConnect automation platform, and managed IT services spanning networks, security, servers, backup and disaster recovery. Shadi Bamalhs is the Chief Technology Officer of ECOLOR Technologies, where he leads the company’s technology strategy and engineering organization. He sets the technical direction for how ECOLOR designs, integrates and operates enterprise communications and IT — with a hands-on focus on unified communications, contact center solutions, AI-powered customer engagement, cloud and infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.

As the executive responsible for technology, his priorities are practical and outcome-driven: understand the business problem before the technology, design for reliability and clean integration across the systems an organization already runs, and hold the delivery accountable to measurable results. He champions digital transformation and business automation as means to an end — a communications and IT environment that enterprises, government bodies, healthcare providers and financial institutions can depend on every day — and sets ECOLOR’s long-term technology vision around durable customer success rather than short-term features.
